The eMark meal planner is designed to generate a sample meal plan for a day, specifically for your own personal requirements. You can choose whether or not you want to include meat, poultry and fish. If you’d rather plan your own meals according to the eMark system, it’s easy to do - but we recommend that you study your sample meal plan first, so you know what to look for in the database.
